This was a really tricky session but once I got in to it I loved it.

3RM Power clean (30kg)
Power snatch practice
Push jerk 3RM (30kg)

3min AMRAP
10 hang cleans @20kg
10 push jerk @25kg
Accumulate 2min side plank (each side)
