OK, I say [I'm oblivious to what I'm about to endure].
Hard. It takes you straight to that hard place and then makes you work even harder.
You know those last reps, those last seconds you have to work so hard for that take you beyond where you want to go? That's the airdyne from the off.
This machine is like nothing I've used before.
I hated it.
Then we did more on it and eventually I went home, high on endorphins, wondering when I get to go on it again.
Because, it will take me to where I want to be both physically and mentally!
