While on a flying visit to see friends in both Munich & Switzerland I managed to squeeze in these two conditioning sessions:
20 min AMRAP
30 sec hold squat
15 air squats
30 sec plank
15 HR push ups
----
3 x sets of:
1 min plank (30 sec each side)
15 glute bridges
5 single leg glute bridges (each side)
30 sec leg raise hold
2 min rest
7 min AMRAP burpees.
Having this as a backdrop was pretty awesome...
