Please help Jack raise money for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity

My coach, Jack Michael Fleckney, is aiming to do 24 hours on an Airdyne, to raise money for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity. 

If you've ever sat on an Airdyne you will know what an admirable (and crazy) task this is and how much this charity must mean to him.
