I couldn't help but get nervous about the tests Jack had planned. So it was big smiles of relief when I improved all my scores.
Monday's tests and scores:
1RM Back Squat: 55kg
500m row: 1.55
29 HR press ups [to failure]
Tuesday's tests and scores:
1RM Strict Press: 30kg
Bench press @20kg: 35 [to failure]
60 burpees in 5 mins
I already want to do it all again to improve my scores. It's addictive. I like the fact that I want to challenge myself. It doesn't get easier. I just have to find a way to push myself harder - it's as much mental as it is physical. I'm liking CrossFit.
More tests tomorrow.
