I was back in the Northern Arena, to complete my WOD, this morning.
Still feeling it from yesterday's session. I had to spend a while on the foam roller before I could do my warm up.
The WOD:
6RM Strict Press (25kg).
4 sets of: 8 assisted pull ups.
4 sets of 30 seconds side plank.
Conditioning: 20 minute AMRAP:
15 hand release press ups
15 knees to chest
15 air squats (full depth)
I don't know if it's lingering jet lag or just that it felt like a tough session but my hands are in bits from the K2C, my kipping was naff and I felt sick half way through the AMRAP.
I still managed 10 rounds. But I wanted more.
It'll be good to get some feedback from my coach.
Looking forward to Deadlifts tomorrow.
Now for more stretching!
