Mondays are always about the conditioning. This Monday I had a 20min AMRAP: 15 HR press ups, 15 knees to chest, 15 air squats (full depth). But first I had 6RM strict press (25kg) and 4 x sets of: 8 pull ups (unfortunately still assisted), 30sec side plank (each side). I'm still feeling jet lagged but it felt good to get this session done.
