6RM Deadlift (60kg).
2 x 20 back squats (it's all about the depth) with the bar - 3min rest in the middle.
Then I got to make up my own 5min AMRAP and it went like this:
20 20kg KB swings
15 knees to chest
10 ball slams
5 weighted sit ups
1 min plank
