With the 11th being Remembrance Day the WOD looked like this:
18min AMRAP
11 hang power snatch (20kg)
11 burpees
11 thrusters (20kg)
11 pull ups
Rest on the 11th min.
Followed by:
Accumulate 2mins side plank (each side)
Row steady 2k

Wednesday 12th Nov
2RM back squat (50kg)
4 x 10 dips
2min each side side plank
EMOM:
15sec row sprint
30sec burpees
I actually felt so empty that I had to stop and eat a banana half way through. My messed up sleeping pattern had also been interfering with my eating and I realised, at the mid way point of this WOD - that I needed some food/energy because I hadn't eaten very well the past few days.

2RM Bench press (40kg)
2RM pull up (6kg assisted)
EMOM:
10 knees to chest
RFT:
10 strict press @25kg
2 rounds of Cindy

Friday 14th Nov
2RM Deadlift (70kg)
3 sets of:
12kg KB dingle deadlift 6 each leg
10 KB lunges
8 double KB swings
Rest 2mins in between sets
EMOM: 20min
(Hang on a minute that's the second 20min EMOM this week!)
Odd - 50 skips
Even 8 burpees over bar
Today, the 15th, has been my rest day :)
Tomorrow I'll be doing a 1,000m swim.
