So after a few days off - yes I actually had a holiday - I took to the beachfront and did this EMOM:
Odd - 10 burpees
Even - 5 press ups & 10 squats (full depth).
Then I went back in to holiday mode until my final day when I squeezed this session in before my flight home:
10 x 3 reps back squat (40kg)
Practiced my hand clean and knees to chest - kipping
3 x sets of :
8 pull ups (assisted)
10 20kg KB swings
1 min plank
Finishing off with death by burpees. Which starts off so relaxed and easy and ends up, well, just like the name suggests - with you collapsed on the floor.
Then I spent a day on a plane...
