Post NZ debut race....

So after three days of racing at Hampton Downs on some mega machinery...

28th Oct, 2014.
I was back in the Northern Arena gym.

4RM Back squat (love these) - concentrating on full depth again.
4 x 10 front rack walking lunge with bar
Over head squat practice
Conditioning:
1 min rest between sets of the following on the rower

Plus I added an extra 100m to bring the total up to 3,000m to round it off :)
