Catching up with updating my blog...

You can prob tell I'm playing catch up and updating my training blog now I'm home after an epic trip to New Zealand.

I've been invited back - next month. Yep, in just 16 days time I head back to NZ to race in the Tri Series which includes a real road race.

So I want to bring this right up to date so that I can keep things in order when I'm away again!
