First WOD of 2015!

New Year's Day was all about family. And rest. I had a proper day off and my body needed it. Because this morning when I woke, I felt brand new. Perfect for my first WOD of 2015...

Warm up - air squat practice.

EMOM - 20mins - 10 calorie row.
Build to heavy Deadlift and back squat. (75kg/50kg).
21-15-9 KB swings (16kg)/burpees

Thanks Jack. I felt this.

I got a big month ahead - training wise. So watch this space if you want to see me get put through my paces!
