What with one thing (tweaked my back) and another this week has been horrid.
At the end of my WOD on Tuesday night I tweaked a little muscle in between my ribs and I had to sit out Wed/Thurs.
I really missed training for those two days, I think more for the emotional and mental release than anything physical. Although my body seems to prefer being active.
Or is it just the cold making a few old injuries ache?
Anyway it was great to finally do something today...
I got to the Mounts 50m pool and did 15 lengths. Then did a 20 minute EMOM of 10 press ups and 10 air squats, at home.
