It's a good day when....

...your coach looks at your scores from your weekend WODs and says "that's really good, that's strong".

This morning I really couldn't wake up or get warm. Even Pilates didn't generate much heat.

Even in my office I was wrapped up like an Eskimo.

And with not being able to leave the office until 6pm I opted to eat before my WOD and do a late session which was this...

3 rounds of - 300m row, 21 air squats and 12 hang cleans.
