Final session of the week...
3RM Front squat - 45kg.
30 KB swings, 1 min rest, 20 swings, 45 sec rest, 10 swings (all Russian). 20kg Kettle bell.
Completed 5 rounds of:
Every minute complete (to failure):
10 ball throw downs (5kg),
10 squats,
10 burpees.
Probably could have pushed harder today but the week of coaching ahead, at Brno circuit, maybe made me keep something in reserve. It's not the way I want to train because I now wish I'd gone harder! A lesson learned.
Time for zzzzzz!
